As part of our ongoing commitment to performance, cost saving efficiencies and production quality, Vantage Products is proud to take ownership of a brand new 3Kw fiber laser cutting system from MSS Lasers in Rugby.

The new Penta Swing VII 3Kw 3015 fiber laser features IPG laser source and Precitec cutting head technology and replaces a Trumpf L3050 CO2 laser.  The Penta system offers an impressive 85% saving on energy costs as well as highly flexible design options using Lantec Expert CNC control.

Zak Woon, General Manager at Vantage Products comments “This new Penta laser offers significant operational benefits with major cost saving efficiencies, improved product quality and production speed.   MSS Lasers were chosen for the supply and ongoing maintenance of the new Penta system as we have enjoyed a great working relationship together over many years and expect that to continue far into the future.”

Chris Smith, Sales Director at MSS Lasers adds “This impressive laser system offers all the functionality, performance and quality that more expensive fiber laser systems provide.  The Penta equipment has impressively low operating costs for Vantage as they will be using a laser compressed air system for all their assist gas, rather than the more expensive oxygen and nitrogen gas alternatives.”

The reintroduction of in-house manufacturing in 2017 was the start of significant investment to position Vantage Products at the forefront of product development.  These ongoing investments have enabled the Die-Pat group of companies to stand firm against external economic pressures and work closely with our customers to develop products tailored to meet their specific needs.
